Liberation-psychology, neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed care for LGBTQIA+/QTBIPOC communities. Telehealth across Texas, sliding-scale fees available.
I'm a queer, non-binary therapist (they/them). I'm White Hispanic, of mixed Irish-Cuban and Indigenous-Spanish heritage, raised in predominantly white, middle-class communities. Holding those overlapping worlds, and the privileges and marginalizations that come with them, shapes how I sit with clients.
I work through a liberation-psychology lens, drawing on Internal Family Systems, feminist theory, and multicultural counseling within a neurodiversity-affirming frame. Together we look at how systemic oppression, intergenerational trauma, and neurodivergent wiring shape your experience, treating "symptoms" as understandable responses to an unjust world rather than personal failures.

Tailored strategies that respect divergent cognition rather than pathologize it. Co-created tools that fit your neurotype, communication style, and lived experience.
Trauma-informed work that acknowledges the impact of colonization, racism, cis-heteronormativity, and ableism on the nervous system.
Culturally responsive care that celebrates queer, trans, non-binary, and people of color identities, weaving in spiritual or cultural practices when you want them.
I view mental health work as inseparable from the fight against racism, colonialism, cis-heteronormativity, and ableism. Sessions begin with explicit consent discussions about language, pronouns, and therapeutic goals, you direct the agenda.
